Overview:


Rahal Ducati Indianapolis is looking for new team members to fill the role of Service Advisor/Parts Associate for our Service/Parts Departments. We are seeking someone with great organizational skills and who is a team player. The ideal candidate would be passionate about the brand and have previous service/parts experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to address their service and parts needs.
  • Manage service work and parts orders.
  • Schedule service work
  • Communicate with technician’s services needing preformed and completed.
  • Convey information, description of repair/part and obtain permission from the customer to do repairs/purchase part.
  • Deal directly with Ducati North America's Area Service Manager regarding warranty repairs.
  • Convey information, description of repair and obtain permission from the customer to do repairs.
  • Sell parts to customers over the phone, online, or in person.
  • Shipping and receiving parts.
  • Ensure technicians have parts needed to complete each service job.
  • Cashier parts and service tickets
  • Help maintaining apparel inventory.
  • Help maintain organization and cleanliness of sales floor and shop.

Requirements:

  • DMS experience is necessary and Lightspeed experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with motorcycles- Ducati's preferred
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization skills and self-accountability
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings for special events as needed.
  • Valid local license with motorcycle endorsement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
