JOB TITLE: Service Advisor

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager and General Manager


Overview:

 

Rahal Ducati Cleveland is looking for new team members to fill the role of Service Advisor for our Service Department. We are seeking someone with great organizational skills and who is a team player. The ideal candidate would be passionate about the brand and have previous service experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to address their service needs.
  • Manage and schedule service work.
  • Communicate with technician’s services needing preformed and completed.
  • Convey information, description of repair and obtain permission from the customer to do repairs.
  • Deal directly with Ducati North America's Area Service Manager regarding warranty repairs.
  • Maintain communication with customers after completion of service to evaluate customer satisfaction.
  • Cashier service tickets

Requirements:

  • DMS experience is necessary and Lightspeed experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with motorcycles- Ducati's preferred
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization skills and self-accountability
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings for special events as needed.
  • Valid local license with motorcycle endorsement


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
